Unauthorized Drivers

Only the approved member is authorized to drive the vehicle that is being rented, due to Whip’s protection plan policy. Adding a driver is strictly prohibited at this time, and any driver other than the approved member is considered an unauthorized driver.

In the event that an unauthorized driver operates the rental vehicle:

• The member agreement will be considered breached.
• All coverage provided by Whip will be rendered null and void.
• The member will be fully responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the period of unauthorized use.
• The member will be responsible for the full cost of repairs, replacement of the vehicle, and any associated legal costs.
