Tolls, Violations, & Administrative Fees

Per the Member Agreement, members are responsible for:

• Tolls, parking citations, and traffic violations incurred during their reservation.
• Whip will initially cover toll charges as they are incurred, then invoice the member on or around the first of every month including a $10 administrative fee.
• A $15 administrative fee may be added per traffic violation or parking citation, and a late violation penalty fee may be applied if not paid by the due date.
• These invoices can be located via the ChargeOver Customer Portal. 

Drivers are encouraged to use their own transponders, read more about our tolls policy. 

Non-payment of tolls, traffic violations, or parking citations may lead to account suspension or termination. 

Drivers who receive excessive moving violations may be asked to return their Whip vehicle.
