Roadside Assistance

Whip provides 24/7 roadside assistance for all active members. If a member encounters a flat tire, dead battery, lockout, or other operational issue, support is available anytime by calling (855) 861-9875.

Drivers that have a flat tire, dead battery, lockout, or any roadside issue should:

• Pull over safely and call Whip at (855) 861-9875
• Take photos of the vehicle and share their location
• Don’t try to fix the issue unless approved by Whip

For Teslas: Towing may be needed. If that happens, Whip may cover return travel up to 50 miles. Running the battery to zero can result in fees.

Member may be responsible for up to $500 per tow or roadside assistance event when the need for service is not caused by a mechanical failure of the vehicle, including but not limited to situations resulting from driver use or negligence (e.g., lockouts, running out of fuel, misuse of the vehicle, etc.).

If the vehicle becomes inoperable due to a verified mechanical malfunction not caused by the Member’s use or neglect, Whip will cover the full cost of the tow and related roadside assistance.
