Picking Up a Whip
Once a member’s application is approved, they will receive a text message asking which day they would like to pick up their vehicle*. Due to high demand, we recommend that members let us know a day or two in advance so we can ensure that a vehicle is available. Whip will not hold a vehicle for longer than two days.
Based on the expected pick up date and available inventory, Whip will assign the member a vehicle and send over both the invoices for the security deposit and first week’s subscription fee. Both must be paid in full before picking up a vehicle.
*Note that members are required to drop off their vehicle by 10am (local time) on the day that it is due to be returned, and should keep this in mind when scheduling a pick up time.
What to Expect
Members are expected to arrive on time to their scheduled pick up, or Whip may charge up to $25 for missed or late appointments. Whip reserves the right to reschedule pick up appointments for Members that are more than 15 minutes late. Walk-ins are available at our in-store locations, but priority will be given to members with appointments.
