Paying for Whip

All Whip payments are processed through the ChargeOver Customer Portal, which allows drivers to make payments, change payment methods, and view past invoices. Once a driver’s application for Whip is approved, they will automatically get an email (to the email address on file) to set up their ChargeOver account. Drivers will need a credit or debit card in their name to setup their account. See more about Whip’s Accepted Payment Methods. 

 The first week’s payment and the security deposit must be paid in full before a driver can pick up their vehicle. 

 The second payment is due seven days after the initial pickup date, and all subsequent payments will fall on this day. These charges will automatically processed via the card on file. Updating a debit/credit card will not change the day in which the charges are processed.

 For example, if a driver picks up their rental on Tuesday, the next payment will be on Tuesday and so will the weekly recurring charges until the vehicle is returned. Learn more about Dropping Off a Whip.
