Maintaining a Whip
All vehicle repairs and services are to be conducted at your local Whip office only*. Drivers should escalate all maintenance concerns by texting Whip at 240-716-6058. Whip will not reimburse members that seek their own maintenance solutions, and any instance in which this has been done is grounds for membership termination.
Members that rent a Whip vehicle agree to mandatory service appointments every 60 days or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. See more about Service Appointments and the Maintenance Policy.
*Members in remote markets should let Whip know of any maintenance issues immediately by texting us at 240-716-6058, so that we can direct you to our local maintenance partners.
Modifications are Strictly Prohibited
Members should not under any circumstances make any modifications or permanent changes to their Whip vehicle. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Window tinting
- Swapping vehicle parts
- Paint touch ups
- Rims
