RECURRING CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

This Authorization is entered into between the above-named Customer (“Customer”) and DriveWhip, Inc. (“DriveWhip”).

By signing below, Customer authorizes DriveWhip to charge the payment method provided for all amounts owed under the Vehicle Membership Agreement and DriveWhip Terms of Service.

Customer authorizes recurring charges every seven (7) days for weekly membership fees, prorated charges, late fees, and administrative fees.

Customer understands that recurring charges will continue on this schedule unless and until the membership is formally terminated in accordance with DriveWhip policy.

Customer understands and agrees that membership charges remain valid and enforceable until the vehicle is physically returned to DriveWhip and the membership is formally terminated in accordance with DriveWhip policy.

Customer further authorizes DriveWhip to charge the payment method for any amounts incurred during the membership period, including but not limited to: traffic violations, tolls, parking citations, impound and storage fees, vehicle damage or repair costs, cleaning fees, collection costs, and reasonable administrative expenses. Such charges may be processed as one-time or recurring debits as applicable.

Customer certifies that they are the authorized cardholder or have express authorization from the cardholder to use the payment method provided. Customer understands that providing false authorization may constitute fraud and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the DriveWhip Vehicle Membership Agreement and Terms of Service, and that charges processed in accordance with those agreements are valid and authorized.

All payment information is processed securely through DriveWhip’s payment processor. This Authorization remains valid until all outstanding balances are paid in full and the membership is formally terminated in accordance with DriveWhip policy. DriveWhip may reattempt declined transactions for authorized charges.
