Accepted Payment Methods

Whip accepts most major debit and credit cards, however the card on file must be in the member’s name. Members can make all payments through the ChargeOver Customer Portal by visiting this link.

Updating a Payment Method

Members can update their card on file by accessing their account on ChargeOver. To update a debit or credit card, log in to the Customer Portal, click on “My Payment Methods,” and follow the prompts to add a new payment method.
